Camp Dickenson Summer Camp

Camp Dickenson Summer Camp takes place at a facility that includes meeting rooms, communal gathering spaces, a regulation-size gym, fields, outdoor pavilions, worship areas, and access to the New River. The camp offers overnight, day, and family camp options and can host multiple small groups at the same time or a large group of up to 140 people. Camper families can either have meals prepared by Camp Dickenson or choose to self-cook during their stay.

The mission of Camp Dickenson is to provide a place where people of all ages can come and experience the love of Christ in the glory of God’s creation. Camp Dickenson provides places, occasions, and programs of camp and retreat ministry for the children, youth, and adults of the Holston Conference and surrounding areas to encourage and nurture the knowledge, experience, and expression of the love of Christ. Thanks to donors, Camp Dickenson is able to provide some financial assistance to camper families, and scholarships are available for Day Camp, Overnight Camp, and Family Camp.
