Girl Scouts of the Commonwealth of Virginia Programs include activities such as Media Girls. Media Girls gives Girl Scouts the chance to represent the council in videos, photos, media interviews, community events, and other public-facing roles. The programs are part of Girl Scouts, which is described as the largest girl-led entrepreneurial program in the world and as a place where girls grow through friendship, fun, and fearless exploration, building skills, confidence, curiosity, and lasting connection.

The programs are supported by adult volunteers and mentors in the local community, as well as millions of alums around the globe.
