About
SoHo Performing Arts offers dancing, acting, and singing, with a focus on musical theater and dance. The program includes an Evening Stage musical theater program, a Day Stage musical theatre program, a dance program, and licensed shows. Families also have access to an online store for the program.
Mrs. Heather Orr is the Founder and Artistic Director of SoHo Performing Arts LLC. Heather Orr is a multi-disciplinary artist and educator with training from the City University of New York (Hunter College) in Dance and Music, and she has further training from Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and the William Esper Studio. The program’s stated mission is to ignite imagination, build boldness, and cultivate joy through the performing arts, with a focus on children who are dancing, acting, or singing.
