GMS Gymnastics offers gymnastics, tumbling, recreational gymnastics programs, and competitive team gymnastics programs. The program also includes pre-team and development programs, specialized teams, travel team gymnastics, hosted meets, summer classes, and summer camps. GMS Gymnastics supports team gymnastics, college recruitment, and maintains a college bound alumni list that includes multiple universities.

GMS Gymnastics is among the top 3 gyms in Northern Virginia and is now run by Head Coach and Director, Azin Manafi. The program’s competitive team and recreational gymnastics programs provide a safe and caring environment where children develop social skills, self-esteem, as well as gymnastic skills. GMS Gymnastics allows children to work within their own abilities and helps them achieve and strive for their personal best. GMS Gymnastics provides both a recreational program and a very strong competitive program. GMS Gymnastics is the home of the 2024 State, Regional & National Champions and serves Prince William County, Fairfax County and Fauquier County. GMS has been committed to giving children the head start they need to become well rounded individuals and athletes, and states that whichever program a child chooses, he or she will receive the best possible instruction at GMS Gymnastics.
