Virginia Elite Gymnastics Academy (VEGA) Programs include gymnastics, ninja, adult and fitness options, recreational classes, and competitive training. The program offers open gym sessions where equipment such as tramp, floor, bars, beams, and vault is available, as well as a competitive gymnastics team. VEGA Programs also host birthday parties, Preschool Parties, special events with themed open gym sessions that include an adult partner, an Active Program for After School, Ninja Warrior Classes, and access to a Fitness Center.

The program states that it specializes in gymnastics programs that cater to all ages, genders, and skill levels. VEGA Programs note that they offer a safe and clean environment with professional coaches, and they list a VIP class option at the New Kent facility. All proceeds from a VEGA Values WISC Open Gym event go back to the Matoaka Elementary School PTA.
