YMCA Fairfax County Reston Summer Camp

YMCA Fairfax County Reston Summer Camp includes traditional, specialty, sports, leadership, and aquatics summer camp options. Campers have access to activities connected with youth sports programming, karate, swim lessons, family swim, competitive swimming, water aerobics and exercise classes, and adaptive swim programs for those with special needs. The program is part of a larger YMCA setting that also offers strength and conditioning, spin, kickboxing, yoga, tai chi, cooking classes, and nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

• Schedule: Facility hours include Monday–Thursday 5am–10pm, Friday 5am–9pm, Saturday 7am–6pm, and Sunday 8am–6pm

Highly trained and credentialed staff members lead child care and fitness programs, and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist provides nutrition counseling in structured packages of 3, 6, or 9 sessions.
