The Mill Mountain Theatre Student Advisory Board is made up of MMT Conservatory students who have been nominated and elected by their peers and the MMT Education staff. Its mission is to provide feedback to the theatre from the student perspective on existing structures and programs, and to generate ideas for future programming, performance titles, and ways to support the theatre and the Roanoke Arts Community. The elected president of the Student Advisory Board serves as the representative to the Mill Mountain Theatre Board of Directors at select monthly meetings to observe the proceedings and provide student input. The Student Advisory Board leadership team includes Bella Turner (President), Lily Stanley (Vice President), Andi-Grace Novell (Secretary), and Riley Parks and Ellen Riegger (Social Media Chairs).
Mill Mountain Theatre offers theatre education for all ages and provides classes for Pre-K, K–2, Elementary, Middle School, High School, Adults, and Master Classes. The Mill Mountain Theatre Student Advisory Board contributes to community involvement by generating ways to support the theatre and the Roanoke Arts Community.
