At Saanwee’s Summer Kids Yoga Classes, children explore yoga through stretching, balance, movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation activities in a fun and encouraging environment. These sessions are designed to help kids stay active while also building focus, confidence, mindfulness, and healthy habits through the summer.
