Chelsea FC Youth Soccer Camps offers elite training that follows Chelsea Developmental Values & Methodologies. Campers take part in game knowledge development along with both competitive scrimmages and fun scrimmages. The curriculum is designed to mirror the elite training methods of Chelsea FC's renowned youth academy and uses the same approach and methodology that are used to develop elite players at the Cobham Training Centre in the UK.

Program participants are grouped by age and skill with a 15:1 player-to-coach ratio. All Chelsea FC camps are directed by elite Chelsea FC international football development coaches, and all camps and clinics are led by UEFA-certified Chelsea FC coaches using the Chelsea FC methodology. The program states that Chelsea FC youth experiences are an exciting opportunity for youth soccer players to learn the unique methodology of the Chelsea Football Club. Players receive a Chelsea FC T-shirt, and there are player recognition and awards. The camps use state-of-the-art facilities and offer options for all skill levels, and they are described as an ideal entry point to joining the Blues player pathway. The program also notes Chelsea Values, Methodology & Mindset, world-class training from Chelsea FC coaches, and once-in-a-lifetime player experiences, along with exclusive access to international trips, pro-player meet-and-greets, and other fan opportunities. The leadership team includes Christian Charles as Chelsea FC International Program Coach, Ian Woodroffe as Partnership Liaison, and Lewis Bayly as Chelsea FC Program Director.
