Strasburg Youth Cheerleading League offers an educational-based program that focuses on teaching the fundamentals of cheerleading. The league runs an annual program that includes organized cheerleading activities throughout its season.

The Strasburg Youth Cheerleading League is a volunteer-run organization. Its mission is to provide the youth of the Shenandoah County area who meet the age and health requirements of the Strasburg Youth Cheerleading League an opportunity to participate in the league's annual program. The leadership team includes Samantha Dooley (President), Celia Sperry (Vice President), Katie Cadle (Secretary), Nicole Norris (Treasurer), Marisa Varley (Member at Large), and Amber Hamman (Member). The league also takes part in the Strasburg Mayfest Parade.
