Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia focuses on programs that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character and leadership. The organization opens its doors each day to kids who need it most and provides support, resources, and opportunities for them to participate in these programs. Across its 9 Clubs, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia serves more than 1,300 youth and reports that 100% of its members graduate from high school and 78% believe they can make a difference in their community.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia serves youth ages 6–18 across Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Franklin, Virginia Beach, and the Eastern Shore. The organization’s mission is to create safe, fun, and inspiring spaces where kids and teens can learn, grow, and build great futures through programs focused on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character and leadership. The President & CEO is Kevin Will, who has been named to the Inside Business 2026 Power List and recognized as the 2026 VA/DC CEO of the Year, and Christian has been named Southeast Regional Runner-Up for Boys & Girls Clubs Youth of the Year. Kevin Will describes the Clubs as a place where members discover their talents, build confidence, and dream bigger, and as a second home where great futures are shaped and leaders are born.
