Northern Piedmont Sports Club Soccer holds an annual Community Champions Night that celebrates coaches, volunteers, players, and supporters. The organization is a nonprofit, and donations to the Scholarship and Financial Aid Fund are tax-deductible as allowed by law. The Scholarship and Financial Aid Fund is used so that no child is left out due to financial barriers. The Giving Tuesday campaign invites the community to support this fund. The leadership team includes Technical Director Doug Orr, Amie Bowman as the author of multiple news articles, and a Chairman of the Board position. Training sessions in the travel soccer program include modern soccer concepts such as switching the point of attack, use of a 4-5-1 formation, and tactical instruction on compact defensive shape and counterattacks.
