For pool use or in-person group exercise classes, cancellations must be made within the specified cancellation times or the signup counts as a no-show. Three no-shows within 30 days results in losing the ability to register again for 14 days. Cancellation times are 12 hours prior for early morning classes with 6:00-9:00am start times, and 2 hours prior for classes starting after 9:00am.
