The camp states that it uses an adventure-based teaching approach (the 90/10 Rule), tackles tough issues with humility, straight talk, and uncompromising biblical perspectives, is operated by devoted, inspired and specially trained believers, and focuses on outdoor adventure, authentic relationships, and Biblical truth. The program is offered in a day camp format where kids go home at the end of the day and includes Kids 2 Camp Scholarship pricing options at 10% and 20%.

Items that are not allowed include cell phones, walkie talkies, knives or anything sharp, pets, tobacco products, alcohol or drugs, personal harnesses or helmets, electronic devices, toys from home, and personal sports equipment, since the camp provides all needed equipment.
