About the provider

Music Works Northwest is a nonprofit community music school that has been serving learners since 1966. It provides tuition assistance, instrument loans, school partnerships, free community programs, outreach across Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, Kirkland, Renton, and the greater Eastside, and volunteer opportunities for program and event support, administrative internships, and strategic leadership.

Cost is never a barrier. Adult participation is required for Creative Keyboards Foundations (Level A). A minimum of 4 enrolled participants must be enrolled for class to run. Youth Group Guitar class details are TBD until enough interested participants are enrolled.

What families say

“Mr. Anthony helped the low brass section very kindly. He helped all of us with our breathing and notes that needed work. The things he helped us with were very helpful and we are grateful for his visit.” — Will - 8th Grade

“Your efforts and enrichment to music education for young people is a true gift to our community! Thank you for this!” — The Menor Family - James, Erin & Jason

“...It makes such a difference to the students’ learning to hear specific techniques from masters of their instruments. We can’t even measure the impact that it has on our program when we get these visits, but we see the results right away...” — Todd M. - Public School Teacher
