The Youth Summer Athletic Camp is the 3rd annual youth summer athletic camp at Secord Strength. The camp is coached by three nationally accredited certified coaches. The program includes Rookie (ages 6–9), JV (ages 10–13), and Highschool (ages 14–18) groups, and the Highschool program is described as designed to meet the demands of high-level athletics. An athlete’s program is described as designed based on their needs, ability, and time in the season.

The leadership team for the camp includes Jim Secord (Owner/Head Coach), Kelci Secord (Owner/Coach), and Heather Waters (Coach). Jim Secord holds CPPS level 1 coach and Strength and Sports Performance Certified (SSPC) certifications. Kelci Secord holds a B.S. in Health & Exercise Science, Sport Medicine, ACE CPT, Brand X Professional Youth Coach Cert, and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist credentials. Heather Waters is ISSA Personal Training Certified and ISSA Nutrition Certified. The mission at Secord Strength is to provide a comfortable and supportive environment where individuals of all fitness levels can achieve their health and wellness goals.

Campers are asked to wear comfortable or P.E.-type clothes such as shorts and a T-shirt, along with proper running shoes, with no crocs or sandals. Shirts should not be so loose that they flip over the head when a child is upside down, and long hair must be pulled back in a ponytail. Jeans, zippers, snaps, or buttons are not allowed because they can get caught on the mats and pose a safety issue. Midriffs are not allowed, sports bras must have a shirt worn over them, and extremely short shorts are only allowed if they are gymnastics shorts. Each child is expected to bring water to stay hydrated during class.
