The program partners with the Office of the Superintendent of Public Schools to address the need Washington public schools have for focused dropout reclamation and prevention. Kitsap County named the Academy as its Partner of the Year for 2024, and this institution is an equal opportunity provider. Anyone 15–18 years old from the state of Washington who is a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, permanent resident alien, or green card holder may apply.
