ECHO & CASLO includes the ECHO (Every Child Has Opportunities) elementary-aged before- and after-school program and the CASLO (Cheney’s Adventurous Summer Learning Opportunity) summer day camp program. ECHO is offered at Windsor Elementary, Snowdon Elementary, Betz Elementary, and the Wren Pierson Community Center. CASLO is a summer day camp program for children ages 5–12.
