Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lewis Clark Valley offers nationally recognized programs that focus on academics, health, and leadership. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging, and influence. The program provides safe and fun places for kids to grow and thrive, with trained staff who guide, coach, and motivate kids to be successful.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: Club options are available Monday–Friday, with most sites open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and one site open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lewis Clark Valley is to enable all young people, especially those who need the program most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The organization lists a leadership team that includes an Executive Director, directors for resource development and marketing, operations, finance, athletics, office services, and culinary services, as well as unit and program directors for the Clarkston, Schweitzer, and Lewiston Orchards clubhouses. The program recognizes youth achievement, including Tori Blewett, who was named the 2019 Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year. The organization notes its collaborators with the statement, “We Thank All of Our Collaborators: We're making a difference.”
