SonBridge Youth Activities Program

The SonBridge Youth Activities Program offers camps throughout the summer at the SonBridge Education Center. The program provides youth a chance to learn new skills and gain new experiences throughout the year. Youth participants’ world will be expanded by meeting other youth and by participating in new experiences. The camps provide an environment that encourages growth and creativity, inspiring youth to reach their full potential. The youth activities program is designed for youth who will be entering into grades 6, 7 and 8, and students leaving the 8th grade are also welcome. SonBridge youth recreation staff are dedicated to making recreation available and fun for the youth of the community. The SonBridge Education Center, created in 2017 by repurposing an additional 5,000 square feet, tripled SonBridge’s meeting space and expanded capacity for support and recovery groups, programs, classes, and activities.

SonBridge Center for Better Living was founded in 2005 by eight Walla Walla Valley congregations. SonBridge serves the people of the Walla Walla Valley and partners with other organizations to efficiently care for the unmet needs within the community. SonBridge serves anyone who needs help without regard to race, gender, age, religious belief or affiliation. SonBridge Center for Better Living is a non-profit organization, bringing hope and wholeness to people in the community. The SonBridge vision is to build a community where God’s unconditional love is expressed through resources and services to revitalize the whole person. SonBridge Center for Better Living is a nonprofit organization devoted to building a community where God's unconditional love is expressed through free and low-cost services and resources. The SonBridge Thrift&Gift Store funds the services and operations of SonBridge and is the major source of income, along with grants and donations.
