Wenatchee Valley Season Opener is a Triple Crown Sports baseball tournament that uses a 3-Game Guarantee format. Age groups 9u–14u participate under the organization and communication of Triple Crown Sports in all weather conditions. The event takes place early in the season and is associated with mountain fields and the “Apple Capital of the World.”

Since 2010, Triple Crown has called Central Washington “home” for the annual TCS NW Baseball Series Season Opener. Teams in the 9s, 10s, 11s, 12s, 13s, and 14s age groups receive invites to the World Series in Colorado later in the summer.
