Garland's Gymnastics

Garland's Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics for ages 18 months to 18 years, including beginner and intermediate gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja warrior classes. It also offers Parents & Tots for ages 18 to 36 months, with a 45-minute class that includes stretching, songs, and activities with parent participation. Other offerings include Preschool Gym, Ninja Gymnastics, Home School Gymnastics, Tramp ‘n’ Tumbling levels 1 and 2, Girls Gymnastics levels 1 and 2, Middle & High School Gymnastics, Summer Camps, and Winter Camps.

• Ninja Gymnastics — 5-12 years · $90 per month · Co-ed classes with fun, fast-paced, age-appropriate course challenges.
• Home School Gymnastics — 5-12 years · $90 per month · Designed to accommodate home school students; beginner to advanced gymnasts welcome.
• Tramp ‘n’ Tumbling Level 1 — 5-12 years · $90 per month · 60-minute co-ed class focused on tumbling progressions on the floor exercise; no gymnastics experience necessary.
• Tramp ‘n’ Tumbling Level 2 — 8-12 years · $90 per month · Advanced co-ed tumbling class for those who have progressed through Level 1.
• Girls Gymnastics Level 1 — 5-12 years · $90 per month · 60-minute class with beginning skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault.
• Girls Gymnastics Level 2 — 5-12 years · $90 per month · Advanced girls gymnastics class; online enrollment is not allowed and evaluation is required ahead of time.
• Middle & High School Gymnastics — 12-18 years · $105 per month · Co-ed classes, one and a half hours, for all skill levels of tumbling and apparatus work.
• Summer Camps — 3-12 years · One-day and two-week gymnastics camps during the summer.
• Winter Camps — 5-12 years · Festive day and late-night camps.

About the provider

Garland's Gymnastics says it provides a positive and uplifting environment while teaching physical and life skills. The facility is a 10,000 square foot space with rope swings, climbing ropes, an in-ground trampoline, a giant pendulum swing, a huge in-ground foam pit, and a rock climbing wall. Open Gym is open to the public on Saturdays from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and Tuesdays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

Weather closures are very rare. They do not follow school delays. If classes close, an email and/or Instagram post is sent. Open Gym is open to the public on Saturdays 6:00-8:00pm and Tuesdays 1:00 - 3:00pm. Monday Open Gyms are closed until the Fall. The facility will be closed for all classes and events August 31st - September 7th for maintenance. Discounts: 10% off for siblings; if two times per week, second class is 10% off. No trial classes. Refund available if unhappy after a whole month of classes (4 consecutive classes).
