PNW Junior Academy offers golf as a specific activity for participants. The program includes both outdoor and indoor instruction, utilizing facilities such as grass tees, a short game area, and on-course instruction at Newcastle, as well as Trackman data and slo-motion video analysis at PNW Golf Academy.
• Schedule: Weekly 2-hour classes
• Price: $200 Initiation Fee (one-time), $385/month for 1/week training (8 hrs/month), $700/month for 2/week training (16 hrs/month or two family members)
• Location: Outdoor Instruction @Newcastle: grass tee, short game area, on-course instruction; Indoor Instruction @PNW Golf Academy: Trackman data, slo-motion video analysis, putting, & fitness
PNW Junior Academy was founded in 2019 with the mission to instill a lifelong love for golf, whether as a career or recreational activity. The leadership team includes Director of Instruction Alex Dunlop and coaches Derek Berg, Matt Fonner, Vicky Tsai, Tyler Claybrook, Blake Snyder, Jamie Hall, and Ari Acuff, all of whom are former D-1 collegiate golfers. The academy boasts several credentials and awards, including PGA Class “A” certification and multiple championship titles.
