PGA Junior Golf Camps focuses on golf instruction for junior golfers. The program takes place at PGA facilities and offers instruction camps in half-day, full-day, or competitive formats. A full day camp option runs from 9am to 3pm.
• Schedule: Full Day Camp 9am to 3pm; instruction camps available in half-day, full-day, or competitive formats
• Price: Refund Protection: For $10.00 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles families to a full refund of registration if canceled for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date. Refunds are only given if registration is through PGA Camps and Refund Protection is purchased. PGA Camps does not pro-rate programs for missed camp days. Cancelation Policy: the registration fee can be applied to a future PGA Camps program in the current or following year by calling 1-888-PGA-PLAY (742-7529). Non-Resident Fee and Non-Member Fee may apply and must be added at checkout if noted. Scholarships are available for kids who are financially unable to attend sports programs. Rental Equipment is available for a specified price and provides the necessary equipment required for participation in this program.
All PGA Junior Golf Camps are taught by PGA of America Professionals and are directed by Certified PGA of America Professionals. Every junior golf Camp Director has been trained and tested in all aspects of the game by the PGA of America and has been certified in junior-specific instruction, techniques, and strategies. The program uses the PGA Camp’s Skill Progression Cycle, a patented system that builds upon the previous days’ teachings.
PGA Junior Golf Camps is a golf enrichment program designed exclusively for the development of the junior golfer and welcomes boys and girls of all athletic abilities, golf experience, and competitive desire. Camps are offered at nearly 180 locations nationwide in almost 40 states. The program states that its coaches emphasize fun and principled skill development, and that camps are fun, safe and educational, creating a fun and educational reason to go outside and play. According to the program, PGA Camps mimic real life and are full of action, discipline, and integrity.
