Eastside FC Camps are part of Eastside FC, which was founded in 1970 as part of the Eastside Youth Soccer Association and has been rooted in the community for more than 50 years. The camps use a structured training environment with age-appropriate drills and activities led by professional Eastside FC coaches, supported by 40+ licensed and certified coaches and a staff of over 50 coaches across the club. Eastside FC operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit built on player development, with over 100 teams and one club-wide platform that maintains consistent standards, support, and infrastructure across every team.
The club’s leadership team includes Jeff Betts, Tim Reynolds (Technical Director), Troy Letherman, Xinho Prestes, and Tom Bialek (Director of Soccer). Eastside FC states that it is an elite youth soccer club developing players, leaders, and teammates through high-level coaching, competitive opportunities, and a commitment to “Building Champions in Life,” with a mission to develop athletes who excel both on and off the field in a merit-based environment. According to Technical Director Tim Reynolds, the club is introducing key technical elements across the club with more intention to each session, clearer structure to player development, and greater alignment across teams, with this evolution expected to be fully embedded by the 2026/2027 seasons. Director of Soccer Tom Bialek notes that players in the club are in a deep, competitive environment where they are pushed, recognized, and given real opportunities, including moving up within the club, joining an MLS academy, or heading to college soccer.
