Rainier Soccer Alliance Youth Soccer Programs offers youth soccer that includes both recreational soccer and competitive soccer. The program also involves coaching and refereeing as part of its activities. Program teams include Recreational U6–U19 and Competitive U9–U19 groups.

Rainier Soccer Alliance is a Washington registered non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the development of youth soccer. It has been serving Puyallup, WA and the surrounding communities since 1976. The program includes RSA Union (Puyallup Soccer Club) and RSA Elite (South Hill Soccer Club), which have been working with youth soccer players since 1976 in these communities. RSA Union registration is open until teams are full, with current openings on RSA Union teams for Boys 2013, Boys 2009 and 2010, Girls 2019, Girls 2015, Girls 2010 and 2011, and Girls High School. One RSA Elite team, B10 Black, wears orange armbands to raise awareness of gun violence.
