About
Parkour Visions Youth Programs offers activities that include parkour, stunt doubling, gymnastics, climbing, dance, skateboarding, martial arts, hiking, training, flow with fire or LED spinning, yoga, roller skating, basketball, archery, filming, piano, game design, music production, 3D printing, couch-bound gaming sessions, and producing music. The program includes both youth programs and adult programs, as well as family parkour.

• Schedule: Program hours are Monday through Thursday from 1pm to 10pm, Saturday from 9:30am to 9:30pm, and Sunday from 9:30am to 9:30pm.
Parkour Visions Youth Programs is part of Parkour Visions, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has been helping people overcome barriers through movement and play since 2007. Parkour Visions operates in both Seattle and Portland and hosts community events, including Northwest national championships. The organization also offers a Parkour Coach Training | LEAP TO LEAD program and PNW Weekly PK Spots, with Seattle spots at outdoor locations such as UW, Hiawatha, and Paramount and indoor locations such as Garfield Community Center and Tukwila Community Center, and Portland spots at outdoor locations including Mt. Tabor Park, Irving Park, Esther Short Park, Westmoreland Park, and Astor School (Public).
The leadership team includes Brady (he/him), Executive Director; Niko Pal (he/him), Operations Director; Bryan Carmin-Molina (he/him), Communications Coordinator; and Jupiter (he/him), Head Coach. Coach Brady’s parkour practice started in 2007 while he was working as a stuntman in Los Angeles, and he later competed in the Redbull Art of Motion in Vienna, Austria and hosted the parkour competition show Jump City: Seattle on G4, as well as stunt doubling in hundreds of films and TV shows. Niko graduated from Portland State University in 2015 with a B.S. in Public Health and Exercise Science. Bryan has coached kids ages 2–18 for the past decade and emphasizes safety and self confidence in his coaching. Adrien has been practicing parkour for 7 years. Coach Zach is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Washington. Nora is a Biology student at the University of Washington with over 13 years of dance experience and several years of teaching. Coach Marcel started as a gymnast and martial artist and has coached gymnastics for years at many gyms in the Seattle area at both recreational and competitive levels. Jupiter began parkour training 11 years ago at Revolution Parkour and started coaching the same year at his local gym, Parkour Infinity. Josh has been training parkour for 9 years and works with autistic youth to help them build life skills and healthy habits. Dia coached high school basketball for one year and archery with Trackers Earth for five years. Ellie is a contemporary dancer who started dancing at age two, was classically trained in ballet, and dances in the trainee program of a professional company called Open Space in Portland.
