Southwest Little League is a baseball program that is part of District 7 in Seattle, Washington. The program centers on participation in what it describes as “America’s pastime.”
Since 1951, Southwest Little League has served children in the southern portion of West Seattle, South Park, and White Center. The league states that it has been serving the kids of West Seattle, South Park, and White Center since 1951. Its mission is to implant the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority in the children of the community, and to support families in developing well-adjusted, stronger, and happier children who will grow to be good, decent, healthy, and trustworthy citizens through participation in baseball.
