Washington Gymnastics Camps are held at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. The program is led by a team of experienced coaches and staff, including Head Coach Jessa Hansen Parker and Assistant Coach Jeffrey Langenstein, who is also the Recruiting Coordinator. Other key staff members include Assistant Coaches Gibran Campos and Rachel David, Director of Operations Drew Doxsie, and Assistant Athletic Trainer Payton James.

The leadership team also features Morgan Jarman, Director of Performance Nutrition, and Heidi Nordstrom, Academic Advisor for WBB and WROW. Health and wellness support is provided by Medical Director and Head Team Physician John O'Kane, MD, and Team Psychologist Dr. Kelly Schloredt. Communications are managed by Shannon Gormally, who assists with GYM and BVB.
