Cascade Elite West opened in 2012, and in the last 10 years it has grown to become the premier fitness center of Kitsap County. The program’s mission statement is “Cascade Elite West is for fitness, fun, and families,” and its community involvement statement is “Strengthening our community one child at a time.”

One parent shared that the staff “truly care about their students all around” and that they “highly recommend this studio.” Another parent described their 7-year-old as loving the Ninja Kids classes, noting that the obstacle course changes every week, the coaches are all gymnasts, and the facilities are large and spacious. A third parent called it “the best gym,” saying their 4-year-old is “doing a cartwheel and handstand” and emphasizing that kids need to follow directions, have good listening skills, and have the drive to work hard.
