Swim Lessons offers swim lessons for youth and adults, along with access to open and lap swim, water fitness classes, and water sports. The program includes both youth and adult swim lesson options as part of a broader set of aquatic activities in an indoor pool setting. Swim lessons prepare kids and adults of all ages to stay safe and have fun in the water, building strong and confident swimmers.

The YMCA’s mission is to be the leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community by connecting all people to their potential, purpose and each other. The Haselwood Family YMCA also offers a Shower Access Program that provides showers to those in need in the community.
