Northwest Juniors Volleyball Club offers volleyball instruction along with a Junior Beach Club, camps, an outdoor Beach Series in the summer, and a Fall Academy. The program offers multiple teams at most age groups with differing travel and schedule demands, identified as #1, #2, and #3 teams. In 2022, Northwest Juniors Volleyball Club added teams for junior boys ages 10–18. The club is operated by Northwest Volleyball Foundation, a non-profit corporation registered in the State of Washington and a registered non-profit 501C3 in Washington state. NW Juniors is a member of USA Volleyball and is an Under Armour sponsored club. Northwest Volleyball Foundation is adding a restaurant at its beach volleyball facility, and Bottega is described as a 6 court sand facility with good pay, a fun and enjoyable atmosphere, and good food for seasonal part-time jobs. Foot & Ankle Centers of Washington and Sports Physical Therapy are partnering to provide services for NW Juniors athletes, and sponsorships of one or more Northwest Juniors volleyball programs help make these programs possible. Staff-related facts include a full charge bookkeeper position that requires previous experience in non-profit bookkeeping, a building manager role that requires previous sport and building management experience, and beach job openings that require applicants to pass a background check.
