Renzo Gracie Spokane Valley offers RGK 1 for ages 3-4, RGK 2 for ages 5-6, RGK 3 for ages 7-10, Homeschool Kids Class for ages 5-10, Teens for ages 11-15, Ladies & Teens for ages 12+, and Adult & Teens Fundamentals for ages 15+. The classes include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals and principles, with all levels listed for the older classes and a safe, challenging, family friendly environment in Adult & Teens Fundamentals.
