Athena Vertical Dance offers Kids Circus Class for ages 9-17. The class focuses on aerials and silks, and the program note says junior aerialists of all skill levels work on splits to spins to drops. The program also offers Intro to Aerials for brand new beginners, Mixed Levels Aerials, Intermediate Silks, Mixed Aerials Intermediate Level, Intro To Pole, Advanced Pole Classes, Intermediate Level Classes, Sexy Flow and Choreography Class, Sensual Flow, Exotic Flow and Conditioning Class with Mireya Lace for ages 18+, and Intermediate Pole Flowography.

- Kids Circus Class — 9-17 · Mondays 4:30-5:30 pm; Mondays 4:45-5:45 pm; Sundays 8:30-9:30 am · Under 18 only. Focuses on aerials/silks; junior aerialists of all skill levels build confidence, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and learn splits to spins to drops.
- Intro to Aerials — Sundays 10:45-11:45 am; Mondays 3:00-4:00 pm · For brand new beginners.
- Mixed Levels Aerials — Sundays 9:30-10:30 am
- Intermediate Silks — Sundays 12:00-1:15 pm
- Mixed Aerials Intermediate Level — Mondays 6:00-7:15 pm
- Intro To Pole — Beginner class; Tuesday beginner is for students who have been taking class for at least 2 months.
- Advanced Pole Classes — Must be pre-approved by instructor.
- Intermediate Level Classes — Must be approved by an instructor.
- Sexy Flow and Choreography Class — All levels; limited pole involved.
- Sensual Flow — Tuesday 4:45-5:45 pm · For brand new beginners; no shoes and no pole; also taught online.
- Exotic Flow and Conditioning Class with Mireya Lace — 18+ · For 18+ only; not for brand new beginners; recommend at least a month of pole before trying.
- Intermediate Pole Flowography — For seasoned pole students; must be pre-approved by an instructor.
