Ballard Junior Football offers football and cheer programs, including Cheer Camp and a Youth Skills and Drills Football Camp. The program also runs 2025 Cheer and Football Camps that focus on these activities.

• Schedule: League games run on Saturdays in September and October, with morning and afternoon start times depending on team level
Ballard Junior Football has been serving the community since 1962. The Ballard Knights compete in the North Sound Junior Football League (NSJFL), which is described as a “High School Feeder” model youth football league, and Ballard Junior Football joined the NSJFL in 2025. The league states that it is committed to offering K–8th grade participants the chance to learn the game of football with a focus on skill development and teamwork, participate in a larger league with teams spanning Snohomish and King Counties, strengthen connections with local high school football programs, and compete at a high level while fostering sportsmanship and community pride. Ballard Junior Football has offered both football and cheer programs for K–8th graders since 1962, and its home field at Loyal Heights is the center of all practices and home games.
