Capital Volleyball Club offers volleyball through practices, training sessions, Power League play, tournaments, and tryouts. The program typically includes at least two tournaments per month, with practice usually held twice a week. All age groups in the club travel to large tournaments in Washington and Oregon.

Capital Volleyball Club is a non-profit youth sports organization committed to providing quality physical and personal development through practice and competition at the local, regional and national levels. The club typically offers 12U–18U levels of play and holds open tryouts for all players, with no guaranteed spots for returning players, and tryouts for the upcoming season will start in July. Teams are consistently placed in the top Power League brackets in the region for their age group, and previous Capital Volleyball Club players have gone on to play at multiple colleges and universities. The player fee may result in refunds at the end of the year if not all funds paid by players are used during that season, and fan gear is available for a limited time.
Coaches are certified through the Increased Mastery and Professional Application of Coaching Theory (IMPACT) coaching clinic sponsored by Puget Sound Region Volleyball. The club competes in the Puget Sound Region league, which is comprised of the highest-level volleyball clubs in the Puget Sound region and is USAV sanctioned. The leadership team includes Club Director Mike Henry and Board Members Lee Pilon, Chris Linke, Tracie Lindeblom, Kim Goodman, Heidi DeFord, Camryn Wilson, Katie Manning, and Garry Hicks.
