Capital Volleyball Club offers youth volleyball through regular practice, competition, and tournaments. Players take part in national qualifiers and travel to large tournaments in Washington and Oregon as part of the club’s season schedule.

• Ages: 12–18 years old
• Schedule: Training sessions held twice a week, with at least two tournaments per month
• Price: The player fee is all-inclusive of the league tournaments and other tournaments through the regular season.

Capital Volleyball Club is a non-profit youth sports organization committed to providing quality physical and personal development through practice and competition at the local, regional and national levels. The club typically offers 12U–18U levels of play and holds open try-outs for all players, with no guaranteed spots for returning players. The club competes in the Puget Sound Region league, which is USAV sanctioned and comprised of high-level volleyball clubs in the Puget Sound region. Teams are consistently placed in the top Power League brackets in the region for their age group, and all age groups travel to large tournaments in Washington and Oregon. Previous Capital Volleyball Club players have gone on to play at multiple colleges and universities.

Coaches at Capital Volleyball Club are certified through the Increased Mastery and Professional Application of Coaching Theory (IMPACT) coaching clinic sponsored by Puget Sound Region Volleyball. The club’s leadership includes Club Director Mike Henry; board members Lee Pilon, Chris Linke, Tracie Lindeblom, Kim Goodman, Heidi DeFord, Camryn Wilson, Katie Manning, and Garry Hicks; and head coaches Maddy Agular (12U), Lee Pilon (13U), Jamie Kennedy (14U), Ainslee Eberle (15U), Mike Henry (16U-1), Peyton Griffin (16U-2), Julie Ash (18U-Julie), and Heidi Deford Hicks (18U-Heidi). Refunds may be given at the end of the year if not all the funds paid by the players are used during that season.
