Journey Theater is a Jesus-centered nonprofit theater arts program. It offers classes for participants with years of theater experience as well as those trying theater for the first time. The program operates through its main office and provides administrative support for its theater arts activities.
• Schedule: Office hours 9am to 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; closed Wednesday
Journey Theater’s mission is to grow youth and their families in character and purpose to be difference-makers in their world. The leadership team includes Executive Director Stephen Pick and Program and Development Director and Founder Bethany Larson. Additional staff roles include Business Manager/Human Resources Rhonda Rice, Front Office Support/Box Office Coordinator/Registrar Kelly Sauter, Teacher In Residence Chelsea Pitel, Business Assistant Sarah Jenkins, Campaign Manager Marjie Johnsen, Costumes Coordinator Amy Platt-Roland, and Tech Coordinator Jason Foster. Show Coordinators are Heather Bode and Naomi Short, and Class Coordinators are Audrey Miller for Mondays, Kileah McIlvain for Tuesdays, and Shannon McIlroy for Wednesdays. The Journey Theater Arts Group Board includes Charlie Friesen, Sienna Langstaff, Cindy Luckman, Olya Pavlishina, Stephen Pick, Garrett Williams, and Elvin Yuen.
