About
National Student Leadership Conference Pre-College Summer Programs include hands-on simulations, workshops, leadership workshops, and active learning activities. The program features guest speakers, simulations, and sessions on personality styles, communication and listening, and conflict resolution. Students also take part in trips and tours, including field trips tailored to their area of interest, exclusive field trips, exclusive site visits, and interactive meetings with renowned leaders in their chosen field.

Since 1989, the National Student Leadership Conference has invited a select group of outstanding middle school and high school students to participate in its fast-paced interactive summer sessions. The program offers 34 interactive programs at 12 prestigious locations, with a 10:1 student-staff ratio and students from 110 countries represented. It is structured as a set of career-focused, curriculum-based leadership conferences and includes the chance to experience life on a college campus. Staff members are described as enthusiastic, hard-working individuals who enjoy working with middle school and high school students and who have experience in the academic fields of the programs, leadership development, residential life, and/or office administration. The program welcomes and encourages students from across the nation and around the world to interact and network with other students with similar interests. Families have access to a convenient monthly payment schedule for tuition and a 30-Day Grace Period for cancellation without penalty for enrollments submitted before April 1, 2026.
