Move Free Academy

Move Free Academy offers a Basics Class that covers rolling, falling, jumping, precision landings, rail balance, vaulting, climbing, and bar techniques. It also offers Kids Class with a warm-up game, age-appropriate groups, obstacle courses, climbing tests, balance exercises, precision landings, and Boss Battle, plus Teen Class and Adult Class with obstacle courses, climbing feats, balance mastery, precision landings, acrobatics, and strength parties.

Programs

• Basics Class — Entry point for parkour; covers rolling, falling, jumping, precision landings, rail balance, vaulting, climbing, and bar techniques.
• Kids Class — 6-12 · Parkour class for kids aged 6-12; includes warm-up game, age-appropriate groups, obstacle courses, climbing tests, balance exercises, precision landings, and Boss Battle.
• Teen Class — 13-17 · Parkour class for teenagers aged 13-17; includes warm-up game, obstacle courses, climbing feats, balance mastery, precision landings, acrobatics, and strength parties.
• Adult Class — Parkour class for adults; includes warm-up game, obstacle courses, climbing feats, balance mastery, precision landings, acrobatics, and strength parties.
• Fun Nights — Friday and Saturday evenings · Open gym freedom with games, pizza party, and one-on-one coaching; 2.5 hours of supervised fun.
• Nerf Arena Battle — 9+ · Kids ages 9+ use foam blasters in a parkour gym transformed into a Nerf arena with various game modes.
• BOSS BATTLE — Included in the programming of each regular kids class.

About the provider

Move Free Academy was established in Washington in 2012 and was founded by Coach Kyle. The mission statement is the fusion of physical prowess and mental fortitude. Coach Kyle is one of the first certified parkour instructors in the U.S., and the gym says it is the longest-running parkour facility in the state. Students learn through team-building games, cooperation, problem-solving, communication, and active listening.

Students are placed into age-appropriate groups. The gym emphasizes safe training and one-on-one coaching is available during Fun Nights.
