Empowered Minds Kids Studio

Empowered Minds Kids Studio offers play-based group coaching, play-based individual coaching, and mentorship for children. The program also includes activities such as creating a vision board and professional development training. Empowered Minds Kids Studio includes a relaxing and peaceful “zen” lounge area for parents and a large open space for play-based group and individual coaching.

Jen and Mandy, coaches at Empowered Minds Kids Studio, are certified Kids Life Coaches and experienced elementary educators. Their mission is to unconditionally uplift children to become the changemakers of their own lives. Empowered Minds Kids Studio provides kids life coaching and play-based coaching, and every coaching program includes a tangible take home tool-kit and a home connection program to support the transfer of skills. Parents and caregivers complete an online assessment before beginning coaching, and families receive a monthly newsletter with tips and strategies to support children’s social-emotional development. The studio also offers skill based camps periodically.

The program provides professional development training for YMCA Fox Cities teachers. Testimonials from parents and teachers describe mentorship with Jen, coaching with Jen and Mandy, and professional development training as including tools, techniques, language, and strategies for goal setting, working through big emotions, de-escalating situations, creating community and teamwork, and using language with high anxiety children.
