Teen Climbing Camp welcomes campers of all identities and abilities entering 7th–12th grade, with a group size of 12 students per session and a 4:1 student-to-staff ratio. The camp runs as a week-long outdoor rock climbing summer camp for 7th–12th grade students every week of the summer, with two special 2026 sessions: The Crux Session (Session III) for dedicated climbers looking to push their limits on difficult climbs, and a Girls-Only Session (Session VII). Most climbing, camping, and cooking gear is provided, while campers bring their own daypacks, tents, sleeping bags, and sleeping pads, and a detailed packing list is shared after registration. On-site transportation, camping, and meals are all-inclusive, and nutritious meals are prepared on-site, with most dietary needs accommodated with help from students.

Teen Climbing Camp uses rock climbing as a vehicle to promote growth and offers participants the opportunity to unplug from their routines and engage with new friends in a challenging, yet supportive environment. The leadership team includes Nick Wilkes, Owner and Lead Guide of Devils Lake Climbing Guides.

Parents and participants have shared that the camp includes a large range of ages and experience levels, including teens who climb competitively, teens who are new to climbing, and teens in between. Other clients of Devils Lake Climbing Guides describe guides as fantastic, with planning that included all kids and focused on major themes of climbing safely, and instruction that was tailored to different learning styles and attention spans. Testimonials also note that instruction motivated some climbers to make climbing a large part of their everyday life and that guided days outside felt worthwhile for families who do not have time to learn technical skills like setting anchors on their own.
