Art on the Town Wisconsin – Youth Art Classes & After School Programs

Art on the Town Wisconsin – Youth Art Classes & After School Programs offers activities such as painting, pottery wheel, hand-building ceramics, glass art, terrariums with rocks and soil, layered sand art, glass painting, mosaics, tie dye, paint your own pottery, and drop-in art making. The studio also offers open studio time, where participants can use the space and materials to create their own projects whenever the studio is open. After School Art K–12 is available as part of the program’s offerings.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Class and drop-in options are available during open hours, with some classes, such as Pottery 1.5, meeting once a week for 6 weeks with 2.5 hours of instruction per class.
• Price: Examples include $25 for a Tic Tac Toe Game Set class, $15 plus the price of a wood board for the Wood Board Blowout Sale (with all wood boards 50% off), and $250 for a 6-week Pottery 1.5 class.

Art On The Town Wisconsin states that it is a place for people to gather, connect, create, and sell art in a fun and motivational space in downtown Beaver Dam. The studio offers creative experiences for all ages, interests, and skill levels, including art classes, paint your own pottery, drop-in artmaking experiences, exhibition space, use of the studio and materials, team building and corporate events, couples’ art experiences, STEAM and LEGO offerings, art retreats and combined ventures, and retail art supplies and kits. Open Studio time is available whenever the studio is open, and the space can be rented for private events such as parties, meetings, classes, book clubs, and game nights, with the option to bring in outside food or third-party catering; the studio also has a wine license.
