Tai Chi is described as a relaxing, low-impact workout that improves balance, flexibility, and mental focus, is described as perfect for all ages and fitness levels, and promotes stress relief, reduces tension, and enhances overall well-being. The stated mission of the program is “Achieve Your Potential. Empower Yourself.”
“It’s been a beneficial journey attending martial arts classes with my kids at the TKMA Academy. It’s a great bonding experience and keeps us healthy and confident! I now have a 3rd degree blackbelt daughter heading off to college and I have zero regrets about that!” - Justin L. - 2nd Dan, Soldiers Gove
“I’ve been a student at TKMA for over six years starting Martial Arts again after a 26 hiatus. The program is great for anyone of any age including those in their 60s. I’ve enjoyed the instructors and physical activity that have helped me maintain muscle, weight, coordination and balance; check it out.” - Vern L - 2nd Dan, Boscobel
“I've been training with Master Saint since I was a 6 years old and am thankful for the discipline and confidence that has helped me into adulthood. I plan to carry on the teachings and traditions that I was given to others.” - Zack S - 4th Dan Muscoda
