Traditional Korean Martial Arts Academy offers Mini Tigers Taekwon-Do, Kids Taekwon-Do, Adult Taekwon-Do, a Traditional Weapons Program, an After School Program, and Tai Chi. The Mini Tigers, Kids, and Adult Taekwon-Do classes focus on different stages of Taekwon-Do training, and the Traditional Weapons Program includes training with traditional tools. The Mini Tigers program is for children 2–5 years of age and develops a positive and “Yes I can” attitude at a young age. Kids Taekwon-Do is for children 6 years and older and focuses on health, balance, discipline, and fun. Adult Taekwon-Do combines traditional martial arts with modern fitness and self-defense. The Traditional Weapons Program focuses on precision, discipline, and control while training with traditional tools. The After School Program is a transported after school program where children are safely picked up from school to the academy for fitness and fun, martial arts, and time and help with homework. Tai Chi is described as a relaxing, low-impact workout that improves balance, flexibility, and mental focus, promotes stress relief, reduces tension, and enhances overall well-being, and is described as perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
