The program has qualified teachers and is licensed by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Children and Families. The center states that its goal is to provide the highest quality of child care at an affordable cost and describes a warm, nurturing environment where children feel accepted, learn about the world around them, and explore their own curiosities. The mission statement notes that children are respected as unique, capable individuals, that learning through play is the main focus, that there is exposure to a variety of cultures through music, stories, games, and art, and that the program celebrates uniqueness and diversity.
