Crossways Camps offers summer camp, year-round programs, and retreats. The program also runs year-round retreats and events.

Crossways Camps is a Lutheran camping ministry based in northeastern Wisconsin and is a multi-site organization that includes Imago Dei Village, Pine Lake Camp, and Waypost Camp. Its mission is: “Following Christ’s call to cultivate inclusive communities, equip servant leaders and create formative faith experiences, right here in the beauty of the outdoors.” Crossways Camps is rooted in the warm and welcoming theology of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and is supported by congregations from the East Central Synod of Wisconsin, Greater Milwaukee Synod, and South Central Synod of Wisconsin. It is affiliated with the ELCA and values ecumenical partnerships as well as partnerships with community organizations throughout Wisconsin. The program is ACA-accredited for outdoor ministry programs.
Crossways Camps states that people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds are valued and welcomed just as they are, and that it respects the rights and dignity of every participant, volunteer, and staff member. It states that it creates a place of acceptance and belonging for people of different backgrounds and abilities and promotes a community of equals, where every member is respected. The organization names its values as Faith, Care of Creation, Community, Hospitality, and Discovery.
