About
Deerfield Community Center Youth Programs offers before school, after school, and early release options for children and teens. The programs also include a DCC Summer Camp with an Early Bird registration deadline on April 24th. Families are informed that no refunds are provided for absences, changes, withdrawal, dismissal for cause, or days missed due to illness or vacation.
• Schedule: School year hours run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and summer hours run Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The Deerfield Community Center’s mission is to promote a safe, healthy, and caring community by coordinating volunteer response to basic needs and by offering social, educational, and recreational opportunities for people of all ages. The organization coordinates volunteer efforts to respond to basic needs and accepts monetary and food donations for its food pantry. The leadership team includes Ryan Brown as Recreation Assistant for youth recreation and fundraising events, Abby Porter as Community Programs Manager for youth and adult programs, Sarah Statz as Senior Coordinator for senior programming, and Julie Schwenn as Executive Director overseeing general information, rentals, donations, and the food pantry.
