About
Towering Pines Camp for Boys offers activities that include athletics, horseback riding, marksmanship, performing arts, sailing, tennis, water sports, creative arts, outdoor adventure, soccer and other team sports, swimming, tutoring, and archery. The camp also includes special events and programs focused on camp spirit. Facilities have been developed to provide recreation, camping, and leadership opportunities for over 100 boys.

The mission at Towering Pines states that the journey to manhood is viewed as an adventure of individual discovery and ever expanding independence. The camp is accredited by the American Camping Association (ACA). The leadership team includes Directors Jeff and Jenny Jordan and JoAnne Jordan Trimpe, along with Assistant Director Jonathan Shirley. The Jordan family has been providing kids with one great summer after another for more than 80 years. Towering Pines has a sister camp for girls, Camp Woodland, which is also located near Eagle River in Wisconsin’s North Woods. One parent testimonial states, “Thank you for all you do to keep camp going. Joe had a great time – we are still hearing ‘camp stories’ from him and probably will until spring!”
