Trinity Youth Development Programs

Trinity Youth Development Programs offers equine services that partner with horses to provide hope and healing that changes lives. The program also includes youth development that empowers, inspires, guides, and challenges youth to reach their personal goals without requiring work with horses. Trinity Youth Counseling serves hundreds of children every year, and three generations of the founding family serve as teammates and visionaries in the program.

Trinity Youth Development Programs was founded in 2002 by Toni Mattson. Its mission statement is that Trinity changes lives through connection; transforming struggles into strengths for youth and survivors of trauma. The program’s community involvement is shaped by advice from the founders’ father, a twenty-year Army veteran, who said that when someone chooses a community as a home, that person must become part of it, invest in it, and contribute to its members’ health and growth.
