Kids & Kids Bilingual Daycare is licensed by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Children & Families, and is covered by liability insurance in the amounts required by DCF. The program states that it will never refuse to enroll a child on the basis of race, sex, color, creed, political persuasion, national origin, handicap, ancestry, or sexual orientation. The program describes its philosophy as providing a safe and nurturing environment to care for and develop young children in its neighborhood and community, and it states that it strives to make the early years of school a happy and nurturing experience that will prepare children for a healthy and bright future. The program also states that it wishes for children a happy family, a promising future, and a strong community.

The program offers high-quality child care and early education with a balanced curriculum designed to encourage development physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Both Spanish and English are strongly emphasized at the center, and close and personal attention is given to each child. Kids & Kids Bilingual Daycare provides scheduled conferences, written newsletters, parent bulletin boards, and daily conversations to foster communication with families. A parent information board at the front entrance displays the license certificate, operating policies and procedures, results of the most recent licensing monitoring visit, licensing regulations, and the weekly menu.
