Racine Area Soccer Association Youth Programs has been serving the Racine community since 1978 as a non-profit organization. It is led by highly experienced, licensed, and club-paid staff, including Recreational Director Carissa Wentorf and Executive Director Ken Michel Jr. The staff is described as highly dedicated, and all have played in and/or volunteered their time coaching in the programs. The Board of Directors is made up of individuals with experience in non-profit and community organizations. The stated mission is to provide all players with a quality place to enjoy the game of soccer, no matter their skill or experience level. As a non-profit organization, it is sponsored by local businesses in the community.
